Aristocrat, a Las Vegas based global games powerhouse and casino machine manufacturer found itself in need of a creative office solution as they expanded their footprint to Atlanta. While speed was important, so was space customization, branding, and security. Stream had three spec suites underway which included a shared break room. Aristocrat resultingly leased all three, a 10,000 square foot total footprint to house their East Coast Headquarters. Plans were altered to meet their specific layout needs and industry specific requirements. AVB was able to provide Aristocrat an office experience not offered through traditional high-rise options.

Results

Aristocrat’s jump into the Atlanta market to establish its East Coast Headquarters was made possible through Stream’s vision for AVB. This is the exact user Stream had in mind when developing this project.

Plug & Play

FuseFX, an award-winning visual effects studio out of LA, was new to Atlanta and on a tight timeline. They didn’t want the hassle of building out a suite or buying furniture – they wanted to focus on their core business, not real estate. FuseFX’s move-in ready desires were intensified during the peak of COVID with fears of government and construction delays and long lead times. FuseFX preferred a shorter term due to their recent move and uncertain growth plans. While they liked the term flexibility and ease of coworking, they didn’t want to compromise their strong culture. Having a private, branded suite (with easy access to break and conference rooms) proved paramount.

Results

FuseFX found the solution they needed and TechRise welcomed a best in class visual effects company, FuseFX. Both tenant and Landlord equally benefited from the Rapid platform and structure.
